#중국1 - 惠水 (후이쉐이, Huishui) 여행

2015년에 포스팅한 내용이 있어 공유해본다.

당시 귀중성에서 봉사하며 지낸 일상 중에 하나로 가끔 후이쉐이 (Huishui, 惠水) 나가서 들렸던 음식점이다.

거위 고기를 요리하여 팔았던 음식점으로 기억하고 있다.

보통 귀주성 음식이 매운 음식을 쉽게 찾을 수 있는 반면에 맵지 않은 음식은 쉽게 보이지 않는다.

룸메이트가 강력하게 추천해준 이 음식점, 먹자마자 딱 내 스타일이였다.

 

다시 보니 그립기도 하고 =)

나중에 기억을 더듬어 가며 한번 찾아가봐야겠다.

 

Lovely Peter’s adventure in Huishui, China

 

Going to town sometimes refreshes me to work harder. There are many reasons for going to town for me. It is especially inevitable to go to town for groceries due to a rural area where I am living. The name of the town is Huishui and here is the thing I want to share.

 

1. Huishui is a small county, as described by local people, taking about 1hour 

     from Guiyang by a vehicle in Guizhou Province.

 

2.   GFC, where I am living, is very near Huishui taking about 30mins by a public bus.

 

3.   Therefore, I sometimes go out to Huishui to do daily life stuff.

 

4.   Having a meal in Huishui is a very good idea.

 

5.   Especially, food called goose rice is one of my favorites.

 

6.   It seems to me that it is very similar to soy sauce mixed rice.

 

 

7.   At first, it is well cooked and very heated. In addition, it is enough for a person to 

     have a meal.

 

  It has been 6 months since I was in China. I am getting used to a lot of things. Next time, I hope to introduce more about where I am living or what I am doing, etc. Thanks :)

重安江 (종안강?) 이렇게 읽는게 맞나 모르겠지만, 가계 간판이다.

왼편에 앉아계신 주인장 앞에서 사진을 찍었다.

돌솥그릇에 거위요리와 삶은 감자 덮밥이라고 표현하는게 맞겠다. 되게 맛있었는데..

간장양념으로 더해져있어 비비면 된다. 

가계 앞 거리

평범하면서도 평범하지 않은 과거와 미래가 공존하는 중국의 모습이다.
